Refund Policy

At The Benko Case, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at thebenocase1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at [your support email] with your order number.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

International Returns Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can't find your parcel? If your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled and is not eligible for a refund or replacement due to claims of non-receipt. We are happy to assist you in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier. However, unless additional shipping insurance was purchased at checkout, Benko is unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
