We ship worldwide from Australia. All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays).
Free Worldwide Shipping We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders, regardless of destination.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. The Benko Case is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please contact us at thebenkocase1@gmail.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. Orders marked as delivered by the shipping carrier are considered successfully fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds or replacements due to claims of non-receipt.
Incorrect Shipping Address Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Benko Case is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at thebenkocase1@gmail.com. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be cancelled and refunded minus the original shipping cost.
