I came across this online and decided to get it! As a college student who loves chess, I really liked the idea. It's usually a hassle to carry a real chessboard around to campus or cafes, but this case solves that problem perfectly.
When my friends and I need a break from studying for exams, we just use this case to play a game. Highly recommend it to any chess lover out there.

Excellent case, I highly recommend it. It really protects your computer and I feel completely at ease carrying my laptop in my bag without worrying about bumps or scratches.
We use the chessboard design it to play quick games with my coworkers and break up the routine a bit. It’s a simple detail, but it really makes a difference.

Really glad I picked this up. The case itself is solid and fits my macbook well, but the chess and backgammon design is what makes it. I actually use it all the time - at least once a day - not just for looks.
I’ve ended up playing quick games in cafés and co working, and it’s sparked a bunch of random conversations with people. Definitely made travel a bit more social.

Great idea, great quality! I bought it as a gift, but I’m already considering getting another one for myself. The flat pieces aren’t only very practical, but also feel really well made and are genuinely pleasant to play with.

I love this case! As a student and traveller its my new favourite thing in my backpack - and definitely way more than just a laptop case.
